• Contact Information: We request the `READ_CONTACTS` permission to sync your phonebook to our secure servers.
• Call Logs & Phone State: We request `READ_CALL_LOG` and `READ_PHONE_STATE` to detect incoming calls, identify callers, and manage active calls.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly used for the core functionality of the App:

• Call Filtering: We use your synced contacts solely to distinguish between personal calls and business/borrower calls. If a caller matches a contact in your phonebook, our AI agent will immediately reject or ignore the call to protect your privacy.
• Call Routing & AI Interaction: If an incoming call is not in your personal contacts, our AI agent intercepts it to assist the borrower on your behalf.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your data. Your contact lists are securely transmitted to our servers (hosted on secure IP addresses) using encrypted connections and are stored safely in our database. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact data with any third-party marketers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your contact data only for as long as you maintain an active account with MinPay. You may request the deletion of your account and associated contact data at any time by contacting our support team.

5. Third-Party Access

We do not share your personal data with external third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our core services (e.g., cloud hosting providers), which are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
